Rust Reviews is the Internet guide to customer-recommended businesses. We ask for honest reviews and recommendations from our users, but we also require that the reviews be constructive and not hateful, libelous, profane, or defamatory. The reviews and recommendations submitted by our users should be in the character of neighborly recommendations rather than slander or gossip. We reserve the right to refuse to post and to remove from the website any content that violates the letter or the spirit of Rust Reviews, as explained in detail below. The same guidelines apply to Member Businesses. Members shall avoid hateful, libelous, profane, and defamatory speech in providing descriptions of their businesses and in responding to reviews. Members should respond to positive and negative reviews in a constructive manner. Rust Reviews reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to post and to remove from the website any Member content and Review responses that violate the letter or spirit of the TOU.
